Ingredients
- Cream cheese 120 g
- Sour cream 20% fat 60 g
- Lightly salted red fish 60 g
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Dried dill 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1

Cut the skin off the lightly salted fish and remove the bones. Prepare a container or jar for storing the spread.
Step 2

Cut the fish into small cubes.
TipBefore cutting, place it in the freezer for 30–40 minutes. This will make the fillet firmer and easier to cut.
Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice. Add the dried dill and let it sit for 15–20 minutes so the herb releases its flavor and aroma.
Step 4

Mix the fish with the cheese mixture, add a pinch of salt and black pepper, stir, and transfer the mixture to a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.
Step 5

Serve the spread with toast, chips, or as a dip for a vegetable platter.
