Ingredients
- Frozen broccoli 300 g
- Water 50 ml
- Chicken egg 2 pcs
- Mozzarella 50 g
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Step 1

Take the broccoli out of the freezer; you don't need to thaw the florets. Prepare a skillet with a lid and a grater.
Step 2

Chop the broccoli with a knife. Coarsely grate the cheese.
Step 3

Heat the skillet with vegetable oil. Add the broccoli and pour in half of the water. Sauté the cabbage for 3–4 minutes until tender.
Step 4

Make two indentations in the sauté and sprinkle them with grated cheese. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and wait until the cheese melts.
Step 5

Crack the eggs into each indentation. Salt and pepper. Pour in the remaining water. Cover the skillet again and simmer the fried eggs for 2–3 minutes over low heat.
Step 6

Serve the fried eggs immediately after cooking with bread.
