Ingredients
- Yeast Puff Pastry 2 sheet
- Bread Flour 1 tbsp
- Hard Cheese 150 g
- Smoked Brisket 150 g
- Eggs 1 pcs
- Cream Cheese 4 tbsp
Directions
Step 1

Thaw the dough according to the package instructions. Prepare a grater, a baking sheet, and parchment paper.
Step 2

Lightly flour the surface. Lay out 1 sheet of dough, roll it into a 3–5 mm thick rectangle, and spread with cream cheese. Coarsely grate the hard cheese. Sprinkle half of it over the dough and top with the brisket.
Step 3

Roll out the second sheet of dough into a similar 3–5 mm thick rectangle and place it over the meat. Cut the assembly into 7 long triangles. Then, starting from the widest end, carefully roll up each triangle. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the croissants on it.
Step 4

Brush each croissant with beaten egg and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for 20–25 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown.
Step 5

Let the baked croissants cool slightly and serve with tea or coffee. They are delicious both warm and cold.
