Ingredients
- Ground coffee 3.5 tbsp
- Water 0.6 cup
- Cream, 10% fat 250 ml
- Honey 2 tsp
- Ground cinnamon optional
For serving
- Chocolate bar optional
Directions
Step 1

Prepare a cezve or a coffee machine for brewing coffee. You will also need a cappuccino maker to froth the cream, a sieve for straining the coffee, and two tall glasses with a capacity of 200–250 ml.
Step 2

Add the ground coffee to the cezve and pour in hot water. Place over medium heat and brew for 3–5 minutes, without letting it come to a vigorous boil. As soon as the foam starts to rise, remove from the heat. If using a coffee machine, brew 4 shots of espresso (about 120 ml of brewed coffee).
Step 3

In a small saucepan or pot, heat the cream over medium heat, without letting it boil.
TipWatch that the foam doesn't 'run away.' The cream should become hot but not boil.
Step 4

Place the honey in the glasses. Pour in the hot cream. Then add the brewed coffee, straining it through a fine sieve to remove the grounds. Froth the drink. If you have a cappuccino maker or a mixer, whip until a fluffy foam forms.
Step 5

Before serving, sprinkle the honey raf with ground cinnamon. Serve the coffee with peanut bars—they complement the honey flavor of the drink well.
