- Chicken egg 1 pcs
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Butter 1 tsp
- Semolina 1 tbsp
For serving
- Powdered sugar to taste
- Mint to taste
Directions
Step 1

Take the butter out of the refrigerator in advance; it should become soft. Wash the carrot and apples. Peel them.
Step 2

Grate the carrot and apples on a fine grater and place in a deep bowl.
Step 3

Carefully separate the chicken yolk from the white. Add the yolk to the apple-carrot mixture. Add the sugar and semolina there as well. Mix.
Step 4

Add the softened butter to the ingredients. Rub the mixture with the butter.
Step 5

Pour the egg white into a blender cup. Whisk it thoroughly until fluffy. Add to the bowl with the other ingredients. Mix the mixture until smooth.
Step 6

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the resulting carrot-apple mixture into silicone molds. Place the molds on a baking sheet and send to the oven for 25 minutes.
TipInstead of silicone molds, you can use metal ones. They will need to be greased with vegetable or butter beforehand.
Step 7

When serving, sprinkle the soufflé with powdered sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
