Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 4 pcs
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Dried garlic 1 tsp
- Herbes de Provence 0.5 tsp
- Ground paprika 1 tsp
- Powdered gelatin 2 tsp
Directions
Step 1

Prepare a roasting sleeve or foil. You will need a baking dish.
Step 2

Cut the chicken fillet into strips.
Step 3

Place the meat in a bowl and add all the spices: salt, pepper, dried garlic, paprika, Herbes de Provence, and gelatin. Mix everything thoroughly so the seasonings are evenly distributed over the meat.
Step 4

Lay out the roasting sleeve in front of you. Place the chicken strips on it, slightly overlapping, to form a sausage shape.
Step 5

Roll the sleeve into a tight log. Wrap it in foil and securely seal the ends.
Step 6

Place the roll in a baking dish. Pour cold water into the dish until it reaches the middle of the roll. Place in an oven preheated to 200 °C for 60–80 minutes. Once done, let the roll cool completely.
Step 7

The chicken roll is not only for sandwiches. It can also be served for lunch or dinner with a vegetable side dish.
