Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 500 g
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Milk 0.5 cup
- Marshmallow 1 pcs
- Pear 1 pcs
- Powdered sugar 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Directions
Step 1

Preheat the oven to 170 °C. Wash the pear, and peel it if desired. Prepare a baking dish and an immersion blender.
Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks: do this carefully so no yolk gets into the whites. Place the whites in the refrigerator — they whip better when chilled.
Step 3

In a small bowl, lightly whisk the yolks with the milk using a fork or whisk until smooth.
Step 4

Add the cottage cheese and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
TipIf you don't have a blender, press the cottage cheese through a sieve.
Step 5

Dice the pear and marshmallow into small cubes. Add them to the cottage cheese mixture and gently fold in, being careful not to break the marshmallow pieces.
Step 6

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. Transfer the cottage cheese mixture into it and smooth the surface.
Step 7

Take the egg whites out of the refrigerator, add the powdered sugar, and whip with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
Step 8

Spread the whipped egg whites over the cottage cheese mixture and smooth the top. Place the dish in the preheated 170 °C oven for 40 minutes.
Step 9

Before serving, garnish the casserole with fresh berries or fruit pieces.
