- Bread flour 2 tbsp
- Smoked sausage 150 g
- Dried parsley 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 0.5 tsp
- Ground black pepper 1 g
Directions
Step 1

Wash and peel the potatoes. Prepare a grater, a bowl, and a skillet.
Step 2

Finely grate the potatoes into a bowl. Let them stand for 3–4 minutes, then carefully squeeze out and drain all the released liquid.
Step 3

Dice the sausage into 5–6 mm cubes and add to the grated potatoes. Add the flour, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Crack the egg into the combined ingredients. Mix until uniform.
Step 4

Heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Using a tablespoon, drop portions of the potato batter into the skillet, forming round pancakes about 5–6 cm in size.
Step 5

Fry the pancakes for 3–4 minutes until a firm crust forms. Flip them and fry the other side for another 3–4 minutes.
TipAfter frying, place the finished pancakes on paper towels to remove excess fat.
Step 6

Serve the smoked sausage potato pancakes with any sauce, such as cheese sauce.
